Initiating a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our support team via the Contact Form on our website or email us at return@myromeo.store. Kindly provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return or exchange to help us process your request efficiently.
Shipping the Item
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused condition. After approval, we will process your return or exchange promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Products
Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items should also be returned in their original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

3. Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Unused & Unopened: Products must be unused and sealed in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Processing Refunds

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@myromeo.store. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@myromeo.store. Include details and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it for a refund following our return and refund guidelines.
